Controls

Reading
Short visual prompts and numeral choices; no spoken instructions.
Instruction help
A child can replay the brief look or choose a three-second look, then use a five-frame, touch-label counting, or numeral-model help after every covered group. Spoken instructions are not included.

How to play

Tap Show blooms for a predictable brief look. Leaves cover the group automatically, then choose its numeral. Each eight-group session repeats four amounts in changed arrangements.

Adult help

A replayed or longer look is recorded as supported, not independent. The five-frame maps the hidden amount to five spaces, one-to-one help lets a child touch-label each bloom, and Show the numeral models the symbol. The end note keeps these routes separate from first-look matches for this session only.

Accessibility

There is no spoken prompt, so prereaders may need the first instruction read aloud. The session note is not a measure of learning or a replacement for observation.

Detailed access information
Keyboard
Use Tab and Enter or Space to show blooms, choose a numeral, use any help route, and continue.
Touch
All choices and help routes use large touch controls. One-to-one help uses individual bloom buttons.
Screen reader
The prompt, bloom group, help representations, choices, feedback, and completion note are exposed as text. Manual screen-reader testing remains pending.
Timing
Answers are untimed. A child-triggered brief look covers automatically; a three-second longer look is optional support. Correct feedback stays visible until Next garden group is chosen.
Motion
There is no required decorative motion. Reduced motion removes decorative transitions but does not shorten or skip the visible-look model.
Sound
No sound is required.
